Ralph Levine has over thirty years of hands on experience with purchases and sales of businesses throughout the Province of Ontario. He has been dealing with a large variety of businesses and many diverse business groups. He has negotiated many commercial leases upon the acquisition of these businesses and has negotiated issues between the landlord and tenant thoughout the entire term of these leases.
Ralph Levine has acted as inhouse counsel for a large franchise operation and has extensive experience in handling points of issue between franchisor and franchisee.
He has now decided to spend his full time and efforts in negotiating and reviewing offers to purchase ,commercial leases, franchise agreements and to solving disputes and issues arising throughout the entire business ownership experience. He is not saddled to his desk as his associate, Mr. Isaac Grubner, expertly handles all the nuances of closing the deal from beginning to end, freeing Mr. Levine to assist the client in all phases of his business.
Mr. Levine has similar experience in all real estate matters and can be readily available to assist the client with issues that arise during ownership. He time is not occupied by the myriad details of closing a transaction and he is therefore readily available to assist the client.
Mr. Levine's approach is practical and realistic. His clients want practical results and in more than thirty five years of practice, he is known as a lawyer who gets the deal done.
Mr. Levine has always made house calls, providing a rare convenience to his clients and continues to do so.
